Organizers of the Royal Trophy Golf Championship have made an official announcement confirming that all VIP Champions Club Passes and admission tickets issued for the Royal Trophy 2008 will remain valid for entry in connection with the re-scheduled dates for the Championship. The Organizers have advised all VIP Champions Club Pass and admission ticket holders to retain their Passes and tickets for future use.

“The new dates for the Royal Trophy are still to be set. All parties involved are fully committed to a very successful staging of the third edition of this great Championship and no efforts are being spared to place the Royal Trophy in the most appropriate date possible. We are confident that the next edition of the Royal Trophy will be a great competition staged in a truly first-class manner,” said a Tournament spokesperson.

The third edition of the Royal Trophy was scheduled to take place on January 11-13 and to feature some of the finest players from Europe and Asia competing for the pride of their continents and stewardship over the solid-silver Trophy which has been graciously donated by His Majesty the King of Thailand. The prestigious Event was postponed in respect to Thailand’s mourning period over the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana that has brought about great sorrow for all the Thais.
