spectators enter the golf course
at their own risk and are advised
to wear appropriate shoes. High-heeled
shoes are not allowed on the
golf course. |

Due
to uneven terrain it may be
difficult for spectators to
move around easily; as a result
it may not be suitable for spectators
suffering from certain medical
conditions. |

For
safety reasons, children under
the age of 15 must be accompanied
by adults on the golf course. |

Time
of Matches is subject to change
at Event Promoter’s discretion. |

The
Event Promoter shall not incur
any liability for any circumstances
beyond their control. |

Promoter
shall not be held liable for
any damages and/or losses (including
loss of property) and/or injury
(irrespective of it being direct
or consequential) suffered by
any person attending the Event. |
